   PROFILE

Goodrich Petroleum Corporation (GDP), an independent oil and gas company, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the exploration, exploitation, development, and production of oil and natural gas properties in the Cotton Valley trend of East Texas and Northwest Louisiana. The company offers drilling services in various leasehold areas in Dirgin-Beckville located in Rusk and Panola Counties; North Minden and South Henderson areas located in Rusk County; Bethany-Longstreet field located in Caddo and DeSoto Parishes; Angelina River located is located in Angelina, Nacogdoches, and Cherokee Counties; and other areas located in Harrison, Smith, Upshur, Caddo, and Bienville Parishes Counties.

It also owns interests in acreage and/or wells in the Midway field located in San Patricio County, Mott Slough field located in Wharton County, and Garfield Unit located in Kalkaska County. As of December 31, 2007, the company had estimated proved reserves of approximately 346.9 billion cubic feet of natural gas and 1.8 million barrels of oil and condensate. It operated 301 active oil and gas wells located in 26 fields in 5 states. Goodrich Petroleum Corporation was founded in 1970 and is based in Houston, Texas.
